We are officially re-opening the POTENTIAL MODELS page here at TOPHEAVY with an added bonus feature.

Each fan will be able to SCOUT out their own potential models, photograph and submit them here for approval as a possible addition to the site! Beforehand, each submission had to be emailed and reviewed for approval but now the process has been automated.

A few guidelines for submissions:
- Each FAN can submit up to FOUR (4) pics of ONE potential model. Please do not MIX pics of different models.
- Please submit only ONE model every 12 hours.
- Each PICTURE must not be larger than 100K in file size.
- Please submit a VALID email address for good communication, otherwise your submission will be rejected.
- Pics submitted should show the model's BEST qualities, displaying her BREASTS in the best possible angles.
- Only CLOTHED, BIKINI or BRA shots please. No nude or topless pics.

Everyone else may VOTE on the models submitted here ONLY ONCE and view the models stats in real time.
Please vote YES:  If you think the model would be a nice addition to the site.
Please vote NO:  If you believe the model would not be a good addition to the site.
Please vote MAYBE:  if you are undecided about the model.
